Nothing takes longer than two minutes. One email a day, one small action. That is the whole commitment.

Nobody gets named or shamed. Not for clicking something, not for asking a question, not for reporting something that turned out to be nothing. Report it and you get points, not a lecture.

There is nothing to type. Every form is two or three taps. No sentences, no numbers, no screenshots. If a form ever asks you to write something, I have made a mistake.
